Our family’s experience with Allegiant Jiu-Jitsu has been exceptional from day one. Our 7-year-old son began taking jiu-jitsu classes in the Spring of 2023. At that time, he was as a socially shy, non-athletic young man who had never participated in any formalized sports. He quickly became enamored with martial arts and began to train at the AJJ studio four to five days per week after school. His training did not stop there as he would come home after class each night to improve his strength while encouraging both his mother and father join in. Professor Jason and his team of exceptional coaches have been integral in guiding our son towards developing a sense of self-confidence and a non-quitting attitude. He thrives in the environment created at Allegiant Jiu-Jitsu and we could not be more proud of his development as a young man and a competitor.

Our 11-year-old daughter is following in her younger brother’s footsteps. She began her first Juniors Class at AJJ in January 2024. She has quickly become an active participant and absolutely loves the comradery in the studio. As a new student she was hesitant to join a group of experienced practitioners, however, she was welcomed warmly by all staff and fellow classmates.

Professor Jason and Coach Kat have assembled a team of jiujitsu coaches who are not only dedicated teachers but are wonderful role models for children and adults in our community.   We are forever grateful to Allegiant Jiu-Jitsu for providing a safe and positive space for our two children to development eventually grow into role models themselves.
